Dear Don,
On behalf of Belle Tire Distributors, Inc. and our commercial division I wanted to take a moment to say thank you for the exceptional presentation you presented on January 11th, 2013 during our annual commercial meeting at the MGM Grand-Detroit.
The reviews and comments from our team continue to come in and this is the first time in my thirty-one years in the business that the responses have been so overwhelming on the impact you made to each of the, during your presentation, thank you.
As you may or may not know, the audience you presented to was very diverse, consisting of: owners, top executives, directors, managers, salesmen, to clerical associates not only from Belle Tire, but also from our major manufacturing companioes, that we consider our true partners.

Again, the goal in mind was for our team to achieve “Greatness,” and as I indicated in our phone conversation we have a great team and our success is solely due from our team’s willingness and drive. After Saturday I have no doubt in my mind that I will see a major change not only in their results, but most importantly a change in their character of what a true champion really is.
In my personal and professional opinion, any organization whether or not it has anything to do with sales, service, medical, technology, sports, or whatever business it may be, Don Yaeger by far is the individual that will take your company or business to “Greatness.”
